The economic policy expert stated during Friday’s “Economic Analysis” program that the Moldovan real estate market has seen a sharp decline in the number of transactions, particularly in the apartment segment. He noted that of all real estate market segments, the apartment segment has been hit hardest: the number of transactions has fallen to its lowest level in 20 years.
