Electronic cadastre services are available for properties throughout Moldova from April 28.
The Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization has informed about it, noting that starting from April 28, both individuals and legal entities will be able to submit online and receive in electronic format various cadastral documents for immovable property located on the entire territory of Moldova. Currently, the following cadastre documents are available: extracts from the real estate register, information about the real estate value and cadastre plans for real estate, as well as information about real estate owned by an individual/legal entity from the central data bank of the Real Estate Cadastre. Online applications are submitted via the public services portal https://www.servicii.gov.md. The services are provided on a fee basis and are paid through the state service of electronic payments MPay, using any payment instrument of choice: bank card, ApplePay/Google Pay, internet banking, payment in cash and electronic money. The beneficiary must have an electronic signature in order to receive the electronic document from the cadastre area. In this context, it is recommended that Moldovan citizens obtain a digital signature. Upon request, cadastre documents can also be issued on paper. In this case, the recipient will have 2 options for receiving the document: at the selected multifunctional center or at the address indicated by the recipient, through the state delivery service MDelivery. Electronic cadastre services are provided through a new platform for the development of electronic services (PDSE) developed together with the e-Governance Agency, which allows access to them from all over the world. Previously, the services could be accessed only from the territory of Moldova. More detailed information on how to request e-services in the cadastre area can be found on the website of the Public Services Agency. // 28.04.2023 – InfoMarket
