The Ministry of Finance announced this, noting that the total amount of loans provided by banks within the framework of Prima Casă amounted to 2.89 billion lei, and the total amount of active guarantees - 1.44 billion lei. According to the Ministry of Finance, out of the total number of beneficiaries of the program, 3916 are young families (68.6%), and 1790 are unmarried young people (31.4%). The average age of loan recipients is 31.4 years, the average cost of purchased housing is 608.02 thousand lei. Out of the total number of purchased housing objects, 5334 units (93.5% of the total number) are located in cities, and 372 are located in rural areas (6.5% of the total number). A total of 5213 apartments and 493 private houses were purchased. The amount of compensations provided from the state budget to partially cover the costs of the beneficiaries for paying the mortgage loan within the framework of Prima Casă amounted to 44.1 million lei. According to the Ministry of Finance, out of the total number of beneficiaries of the program, 1,031 people receive compensation from the state budget within the framework of the Prima Casă 2 program, intended for people employed in the public sector. Large families (Prima Casă 3) also benefit from state budget compensation, their number is 2,482 people. 834 beneficiaries of the program who work in private companies (Prima Casă 4), as well as 16 beneficiaries of the Prima Casă 5 program also receive funds from the state budget.// 13.04.2021 — InfoMarket
