The National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) reported that the draft resolution on the approval of regulated prices for the supply of natural gas by Energocom—in the context of fulfilling its public service obligation related to ensuring emergency supply—which is scheduled to be submitted for approval on Friday, July 24, is not intended to approve regulated prices for natural gas supply applicable to end users.
