
NodeShift won the national pitching of startups and will represent Moldova at the Startup World Cup in Silicon Valley
In October, the winner of the national stage will compete for the $1 million grand prize. NodeShift is a startup that aims to reduce the cost of cloud services by up to 80%. The platform is characterized by a commitment to privacy and the ability to significantly reduce operational costs without sacrificing speed and reliability. Fourteen local startups participated in the national competition, with pitches watched by more than 200 people-startup founders, IT enthusiasts, and members of the business community. The event provided a unique platform for sharing experience, knowledge, networking and inspiration. Pitching participants gained experience in networking and socializing with investors, entrepreneurs and industry leaders, including Startup World Cup ambassador Alexander Lubnevsky, Diaspora angel investor Dmitry Liberman, Aspect Health founder Gleb Babiy and other experts in the field. The National Startup Pitching Competition was organized by Startup Moldova with the support of the Future Technologies Activity, funded by USAID, Sweden, UK and the Moldova-Ukraine American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF).
