As of November 1, Moldova will receive from Gazprom 5.7 million cubic meters of natural gas per day, which is 51 percent of the amount agreed in the contract, said Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Spinu. Of which 3.4 million will be received by the right-bank Moldova and 2.3 million by Transnistria. And this is 40 percent less than in October.

The presidential administration reported the hacking of the official Telegram channel of head of state Maia Sandu. The official government Telegram channel Prima Sursă reported that several Telegram accounts belonging to high-ranking officials, including Maia Sandu and Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Spinu, were hacked at once. The same was reported at a government meeting on Wednesday.

The European Union has prepared an additional energy support package for the Republic of Moldova. It is about 200 million euros that will be granted in case of need for Moldova to cover its gas needs. Half of the amount is in a grant and the other half – in a loan.
