At the beginning of August the European Commission transferred to Moldova the first tranche of 50 million euros out of the 150 million euros macro-financial aid approved by the European Parliament in spring.
- Inconsistency of gas payments
As of August 1, domestic consumers will have to pay for their natural gas 22.99 lei per cubic meter including VAT. The relevant decision was approved on Thursday by the Management Board of the National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) at the request of Moldovagaz JSC, the gas operator.
