On December 9, at maib park, the special edition of the Christmas maibank meetup, took place, a gathering dedicated to open dialogue with users of the maibank app. The event reaffirmed the importance of direct customer involvement in developing one of the most widely used and appreciated banking apps in Moldova.
The discussions focused on real experiences and customer expectations. Feedback collected during such meetings helps simplify processes, increase clarity, and create a more intuitive and personalized digital experience.
Participants reviewed the main releases of 2025 and how they evolved thanks to suggestions received from the community. Additionally, attendees got an exclusive preview of the plans for 2026, a year in which maib will continue developing maibank based on people’s real needs and their pace of digital transformation.
