This week, International Tobacco marks a milestone, 20 years of continuous growth and innovation

Two decades of work, investment, modernization, and confidence in our people and our country. With industrial roots dating back decades, the factory has evolved into one of Moldova’s most stable and responsible enterprises.

Every year, International Tobacco contributes over 325 million MDL in taxes, remaining among the country’s largest taxpayers.

We are proud not only to create jobs, but also to contribute directly to the country’s development through our fiscal responsibility. It is our expression of solidarity with the Republic of Moldova,” said Serghei Omelico, Administrator of International Tobacco SRL.

In recent years, the company has invested more than 40 million MDL in modern equipment and continuous development.

Today, International Tobacco represents 80 employees, strong partnerships (including with AGOS Green, the largest raw tobacco producer in Moldova), and a legacy of dedication that continues to grow.

November 7, 2025 – a day to honor the people who turned a factory into a story of resilience, innovation, and national pride.
