Bălți, December 10, 2024 – DRÄXLMAIER Group Moldova celebrated 10 Years of Success & Excellence in Dual Education
In September 2014, DRÄXLMAIER Group Moldova launched the pioneering Dual Education Program with Professional School Nr. 5 from Balti, marking the first initiative of its kind in the Republic of Moldova. Following the German model of Dual Education studies, DRÄXLMAIER Group Moldova becomes the trailblazer in promoting Dual Education in the country and plays a crucial role in shaping the legislation and developing comprehensive educational packages and enhancing the appeal of technical vocational education. With an stunning investment in training workshops, our Company has demonstrated its unwavering commitment to professional education.
Starting with 31 apprentices in 2014, in past 10 years, over 500 pupils from Vocational Institutions throughout the country, such as Vocational School No. 5 from Balti, Pedagogical College “Ion Creangă” from Balti, Polytechnic College from Balti, Technical Railway College from Balti, Vocational Schools No. 1 and No. 2 from Cahul, Center of Excellence in Energetics and Electronics from Chisinau, have been enrolled in 5 Dual Education Programs. The apprentices have been trained in the following professions: production operators, warehouse operators, electromechanics for installation and repair of industrial equipment, maintenance technicians, transport coordinators.

Since 2022, I am working as a Dual Education Instructor, specialized in training Warehouse Operators. The celebration of the 10th Anniversary of Dual Education has concluded with a festive Christmas concert by the Folkloric Ensemble “Crenguța de Brad,” adding a touch of tradition and joy to the milestone event.
