Open Doors Day at maib park: a unique experience in the heart of the bank
At maib, people are at the center of our attention- customers, employees, everyone who crosses our treshold, branches and agencies, and our headquarters- maib park.
To celebrate the first anniversary of the inauguration of maib park, those eager to discover this state-of-the-art space participated in the “Open Doors Day at maib park”, the first event of its kind in a large-scale format. More than 70 participants had the opportunity to discover the bank's innovative building, enjoying two interactive tours and a press tour.
The ultra-central office, with its 10 floors above ground and an impressive height of over 38 meters, offers a generous space of 22,500 square meters. At maib park, over 1,200 employees work, and visitors discover a modern environment dedicated to collaboration and innovation. The spaces also include 90 underground parking spaces, ensuring a comfortable and accessible experience for all.
During the organized tours, visitors embarked on their journey at the maib park Branch, where they were warmly welcomed with smiles and enthusiasm. They then proceeded to the Mortgage Center, a space designed to bring their dreams to life. The Mezzanine, with its impressive atrium, abundant natural light, and contemporary design, provided a welcoming and inspiring environment for all.
The tour continued on the 1st floor, where visitors discovered the canteen, a place dedicated to employee relaxation and reconnection. The journey then took them through the 6th and 7th floors, where they witnessed our teams' innovative and collaborative energy. On the 8th floor, the gym, with its panoramic view over the city, added a touch of surprise, reflecting maib’s commitment to the well-being of its employees and the balance between work and leisure, with the Auditorium on the mezzanine.
