#we inspire leaders: 43 maib managers graduated from the “maib leaders' growing journey” program

Maib announces the successful end of the first edition of the "maib leaders' growing journey" program, a comprehensive 8-week in-house program dedicated to strengthening the leadership skills of maib employees in management positions.

For 8 weeks, maib top management shared their experiences, knowledge and valuable tips on strategic and transformational leadership, building organisational culture, facilitating debates on various case studies of international companies, and encouraging strategic and innovative thinking.

Vladimir Solomon, Head of Digital Marketing Band, program graduate:
“For me, “maib leaders' growing journey” program was a real revelation. Thanks to the exceptional mentors and challenging case studies, I discovered new ways in which challenges can be overcome and turned into growth opportunities.
The time went by quickly, but the information gained I will definitely apply in the way of working of the Digital Marketing team to both improve team performance and wellbeing."

Valentin Rebeja, Corporate Customer Relations Director, program graduate:
"I had the pleasure of participating in this learning journey. I appreciate the bank's focus on providing employees with continuous training and development opportunities. In these few weeks, I got a better and more detailed understanding of the bank's strategy and where we are heading as an institution, how changes are made in large corporations, how the struggle to be a leader in a certain business area cannot be done without some sacrifices, professional people or new technologies. The practices and case studies of the reputable companies we study align us to a different level of customer service. This course must become part of the maib routine and extend to all colleagues."
Program "maib leaders' growing journey" is just one of the many development programs implemented by maib as an employer, as part of the company's investment in the professional and personal development of the team in increasing the team's leadership skills.

Moreover, continuous learning defines maib's internal culture; it is part of maib WoW (way of working), being in line with the brand's goal to create smart and simple financial and lifestyle solutions, that inspire people to be happier and businesses more successful.

Together, we create, inspire, simplify!
