As part of the digitalization of 16 government services for businesses, the government is conducting a survey of entrepreneurs to identify their actual needs

Businesses are invited to participate in the process of modernizing government services and provide feedback via a questionnaire in the BizRadar app. The survey results will be used to design and improve government services for businesses. The main goal of the initiative is to make services more accessible, efficient, and tailored to users’ needs. The collected data will also allow the Economic Council under the Prime Minister to assess the economic losses associated with maintaining physical service windows and to accelerate the digitization of services for entrepreneurs.
