
Total revenues received by Moldovan providers of mobile Internet access services in the third quarter amounted to 338.8 million lei, up 8% compared to the same period in 2020.
According to the National Agency for Regulation of Electronic Communications and Information Technologies (ANRCETI), at the same time, income from the sale of allotted mobile Internet decreased by 17.5% and amounted to 48.1 million lei. As a result, the average monthly income per user (ARPU) of mobile Internet through a smartphone decreased by 8.1% - to 39 lei, and ARPU of the dedicated mobile Internet increased by 0.4% - to 93 lei. According to ANRCETI, the market shares of three mobile Internet access service providers in terms of turnover were as follows: Orange Moldova - 61.7%, Moldcell - 32.4% and Moldtelecom - 5.9%. // 13.12.2021 - InfoMarket
