From March 1, people who hire day laborers to perform casual unskilled work must pay contributions to the state social insurance budget for them.
According to the National Social Insurance House, enterprises or organizations with the status of an individual or legal entity, regardless of the form of ownership, which are beneficiaries of casual unskilled work, starting from March, are required to calculate, declare and pay state social insurance contributions for individuals working as day laborers (with some exceptions). The rate of the fee is 6% of the daily wage, the fee is paid monthly, until the 25th day. These contributions will be taken into account when assigning an old-age pension and a funeral allowance. // 13.03.2023 — InfoMarket
