Anadolu Efes Has Released Its Integrated Annual Report

Since 2010, Anadolu Efes, mother company of Efes Moldova, has been transparently reporting its sustainability performance to stakeholders. It breaks new ground as in 2025 the company releases an Integrated Annual Report. This report marks a significant milestone, showcasing the company’s commitment to integrated thinking by combining financial and non-financial performance indicators within a single, cohesive framework.

Anadolu Efes has taken its sustainability reporting one step further by adopting an integrated reporting approach—embraced by around 2,500 companies worldwide and only 50 in Türkiye. This system presents performance in a holistic, transparent, and comprehensible way, offering insight into long-term value creation. The report sheds light on Anadolu Efes’ strategic goals, value creation model, and sustainability vision from a broad and forward-looking perspective.

Onur Altürk, Beer Group President and CEO of Anadolu Efes, shared his thoughts on the integrated reporting process: “Sustainability is no longer just a corporate responsibility—it is a strategic priority. Through integrated reporting, we transparently share our value creation model, long-term goals, and sustainability strategies with our stakeholders. This approach not only raises awareness within our organization but also transforms the way we do business, making it more resilient, inclusive, and focused on long-term value. We believe integrated reporting helps companies reflect their true value by evaluating environmental and social impact alongside financial performance. Our integrated annual report tells the story not just of a year’s results, but of Anadolu Efes’ strategic transformation—shaped by a strong legacy and a bold vision for the future.”

In 2024, Anadolu Efes took the first steps towards the transition to integrated annual reporting. To further strengthen its sustainability and climate risk management practices, the company maintained an ongoing, inclusive dialogue with its stakeholders. Beyond financial results, it conducted a thorough assessment of its environmental and social impacts and communicated these transparently in its report.
