The document was signed in Athens by Moldova’s Minister of Economic Development and Digitalization, Eugen Osmochescu, and Greece’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Haris Theoharis. As Eugen Osmochescu noted, this agreement will enable the implementation of technical assistance projects aimed at reforms in Moldova in the context of EU integration, while the Greek side will provide our country with support in utilizing and absorbing external aid, as well as in advancing along the European path.
