The Felicia group of companies announced only the signing of a contract confirming the acquisition of the two named companies: the Moldovan-Hungarian joint venture RihPanGalFarma and Gedeon Richter - Rețea farmaceutică, the majority shareholder of which is the Hungarian manufacturer Chemical Works of Gedeon Richter. The CEO of Farmacia Felicia Natalia Sturza noted that an important purchase project has been implemented, which will help to combine the strategic vision and extensive experience of Farmacia Felicia with the traditions of the pharmaceutical industry of Gedeon Richter. “We consider this acquisition beneficial both for our clients and for the Moldovan pharmaceutical market, being an example of the growth and implementation of international standards in our country. The Felicia group of companies has passed all the necessary stages of verification to ensure the transparency of the procurement procedure, and thus we declare that we are ready for a new stage in the development of our group of companies, ”said Natalia Sturza. According to her, the purchase procedure is carried out in accordance with all EU standards and requirements, it is transparent and is carried out under the control of all parties involved, including external monitoring of the competent European authorities in Hungary.
