Prime Minister made this statement while commenting on the fact that the international rating agency Moody’s raised our country’s rating from B3 to B2, maintaining a stable outlook, which is the best rating our country has received in the last 25 years. “Moldova is receiving a clear signal of confidence from abroad. This is not a political opinion. It is an independent, technical assessment of how the state manages its economy and finances.
