The Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization and the Public Property Agency are expanding cooperation with EU partners on state-owned enterprise reform
Specifically, representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization and the Public Property Agency met with the lead partner of a technical assistance project funded by the European Union, which aims to strengthen the institutional and technical capacity necessary for the development, coordination, and implementation of reforms. According to the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, these reforms are aimed at aligning Moldova with EU Single Market standards and best practices in state-owned enterprise management. The project is being implemented by a consortium comprising Expertise France (lead partner), the Slovak International Development Agency, and the Czech Development Agency. The mission, conducted in Chisinau from January 12 to 14, focused on preparing measures related to state-owned enterprise reform and state property management, which will be developed within the framework of this project.
