The authorized capital of Moldova Railways enterprise will be increased by 421.1 million lei
The Moldovan government has approved a decision to increase the authorized capital of the state-owned enterprise in connection with the support and further rehabilitation of the railway infrastructure. The measure is also intended to ensure compliance with obligations under modernization projects financed by international lenders and to avoid delays in the implementation of one of the network's key sections.
