The Moldovan Parliament has ratified amendments to the loan agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, providing for the allocation of a tranche of 11 million euros for the restoration of the Chisinau–Cainari railway section. The funds will be used to purchase the goods needed for this section, as well as to pay for consulting services already rendered. The financial terms of the loan will remain unchanged, and its total amount will remain at 23 million euros.
