As noted in the message of the company, the authorized capital of the company was increased due to an additional issue of shares in the amount of 41 million 254 thousand 371 lei, carried out by converting the company's debts. In particular, within the framework of the VI additional closed issue of shares, 1 114 983 shares were issued for a total of 41 million 254 thousand 371 lei. The placement price of one share is 37 lei. As a result, the authorized capital of JSC Farmaco after the additional issue increased to 174 million 029 thousand 426 lei. At the same time, the owner of the company - Swiss Tauralp Pharm Holding AG increased its share in the authorized capital of Farmaco from 99.06% to 99.28%.
