At the same time, it was originally planned to appoint Cornelia Cozlovschi to the position of member and Vice Chairperson of the Administrative Council of the National Commission for the Financial Market. But, later, at the initiative of the Chairman of the Parliament, Igor Grosu, it was decided to approve her as Chairperson of the Administrative Council of the NCFM. According to the Law on the National Financial Market Commission, its Administrative Council is a collegiate body consisting of 5 members, including the chairperson, 2 vice-chairmen and 2 members. The NCFM is a public autonomous body responsible to the Parliament and responsible for regulating and licensing the activities of participants in the non-banking financial market, as well as supervising their compliance with the law. // 21.01.2022- InfoMarket.
