The Chisinau Mayor's office is finalizing the acceptance of applications for participation in the local stage of the competition "Best Small and Medium Business Entrepreneur in 2020".
According to the press service of the mayor's office, this year the best entrepreneurs will be determined in 10 categories: in the field of production; in the field of implementation of the "green" economy model; in the field of trade; in the provision of services; in the field of providing advice; best exporter, best innovative SME; the best entrepreneur in the field of rural tourism; the youngest entrepreneur and the best female entrepreneur. The competition is open to economic agents that are subjects of the small and medium-sized enterprises sector, which must meet a number of conditions, demonstrate a stable growth of financial and economic indicators, create new jobs, use advanced technologies, produce goods and provide high quality services, etc. Applications for participation are accepted until May 14 at the Main Department of Economy, Trade and Tourism of Chisinau municipality. The received applications will be evaluated by the local competition committee. The winners will be announced in June, they will receive cash prizes (10 thousand lei for the 1st place, 5 thousand lei for the 2nd place, 3 thousand lei for the 3rd place), and will also be able to participate in the republican competition the best SMEs. // 11.05.2021 — InfoMarket
