Maib is launching a new issue of corporate bonds under the second program

Maib is upholding its commitment to providing investors with secure and profitable opportunities by launching a new issue of 5,000 corporate bonds starting September 19, 2024. These bonds, part of the maib's second program, are available to resident and non-resident individuals in the Republic of Moldova. They offer a solid financial tool for those seeking to maximize their savings.

The eighth issuance under the program will be available for subscription for 20 calendar days. The bonds are Class VI corporate bonds with a margin of (+1%), and a coupon rate of 4.37% in the first year. Each bond has a nominal value of 20,000 MDL and the "first come, first served" principle will be applied. Investors must act quickly. Maib reserves the right to close the offer early if the total volume of bonds is exhausted before the set term.
