Maib launches the fourth issue of maib corporate bonds

Starting August 7, maib announces the launch of the program’s fourth and last corporate bond issue, which will run for 21 calendar days.

Maib corporate bonds are attractive financial tools, offering the possibility to manage personal savings and obtain significant benefits in the medium and long term.

Investing in corporate bonds gives you several advantages:

  •      - the investment is an additional income source;
  •      - the interest rate is more attractive compared to other savings tools due to the fixed margin;
  •      - these can be listed on the Moldovan Stock Exchange;
  •      - can be used as collateral in certain situations;
  •      - investors can withdraw the invested amount by submitting an application at any maib branch.

Subscribing maib corporate bonds is simple:

  •     - the Public Offer Prospectus and related information published on www.maib.md;
  •     - fill in an application and sign the contract at any maib branch or the intermediary’s office (Chișinău, 104/1 Columna Street);
  •     - transfer the invested amount from the client's (investor's) account to the special account of the subscribed bonds. And… "Congratulations", you are included in the bondholders register and have become an investor.

As an investor, remember that according to the Tax Code, the coupon or interest rate obtained from holding bonds is a source of taxable income.

More details about this investment opportunity and the characteristics of maib corporate bonds can be found here and in the Public Offer Prospectus.

Invest smart.
