The 5th International Tax Conference TAXCON'24 will take place in Chisinau on September 19
The American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova (Amcham Moldova) organizes TAXCON'24 - the largest international conference on taxation in Moldova. This is the fifth, jubilee edition, which aims to address topical and complex topics related to tax and customs policy and administration, accounting, auditing, reporting and tax-related labor relations. The conference program includes discussions and presentations in the following areas: tax policy (news in the field of tax and customs policy, general implications of the EU Green Deal in the field of taxation, robotization and artificial intelligence, BEPS and minimum income tax); tax administration and accounting (recent news in the field of tax administration, market prices and challenges related to the implementation of transfer pricing, strengthening the tax regulation of self-employed persons in Moldova, digitalization of the post office chain). There will also be 2 special sessions dedicated to the implementation of the new Customs Code and news in the regulation and application of the provisions of the Labor Code. The speakers of the event will be representatives of state institutions - Ministry of Finance, State Tax Service, Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, as well as experts - representatives of PwC Moldova, Deloitte Moldova and Deloitte Romania, TAXACO Group, Soters&Partners Romania.
