State Tax Service's contributions to the national public budget of Moldova in January-July 2024 amounted to 40.6 billion lei, exceeding by 12.1% (+4.4 billion) the figures of the same period in 2023
The State Tax Service (STS) reported this, noting that tax revenues to the state budget for 7 months of 2024 amounted to 16.6 billion lei, exceeding the figures for the same period of the previous year by 1 billion lei (+6.6%). At the same time, the budgets of administrative-territorial units in January-July 2024 received 4.7 billion lei in taxes, which is 590.3 million lei (14.5%) more than in the same period of 2023. The state social insurance budget collected 14.5 billion lei in taxes for 7 months of 2024, which is 2.1 billion lei (16.8%) more than in the same period a year earlier. The fees accumulated by the STS to the Compulsory Health Insurance Funds for 7 months in 2024 amounted to 4.8 billion lei, up by 658.7 million lei (+15.7%) from the same period of the previous year. // 01.08.2024 – InfoMarket
