The State Tax Service has updated the list of tax claims proposed for cession for over 2,000 debtors in insolvency proceedings
In particular, the State Tax Service (STS) has published a list of specific companies and information on their tax debts to the STS, which the tax authority intends to assign. The list includes 2,090 firms and companies, whose debts range from 0.01 thousand to 600 million 577.72 thousand lei. In order to conclude a contract on the assignment of debt claims, the proposals must be submitted to the STS in paper form at the address: Chisinau, Constantin Tanase str. 9, or electronically to the e-mail: mail@sfs.md. The proposals must contain, in addition to all necessary identification data on the assignee and debtor, the value of the debt cession in lei (MDL).
