According to the mayor's office of Chisinau, 19 premises ranging from 8.4 to 266.1 square meters located at various addresses are up for auction. Premises are leased for a period of 5 to 7 years. The initial rental cost ranges from 2035 to 600 thousand lei per year. The auction is organized by the CapitalImobil agency. Individuals and legal entities from Moldova, as well as foreign investors, can take part in it. The cost of participation in the auction is 2,500 lei for individuals and 5,000 lei for legal entities.
