The information system "Unified Budget Accounting" is being created in Moldova.
The Ministry of Finance conducts public consultations on the draft technical concept of this information system and regulations on the procedure for its use. In information system "Unified Budget Accounting", budgetary institutions will be able to submit and fill out documents, register orders, keep track of working hours and wages, keep records of equipment, fixed assets, fuel, food products, cash transactions, generate tax reports, etc. The system will become an important source of information in the adoption process solutions. Information system "Unified Budget Accounting" will be created on the MCloud platform, it will systematize, consolidate and ensure transparency of accounting and reporting of budgetary structures. According to the project, the implementation, provision of functionality and development of the "Unified Budget Accounting" system will be dealt with by the Ministry of Finance, technical administration - by the Information Technology and Cybersecurity Service.
