Prime Minister made the statement at the “Moldova-EU” investment forum, organized within Moldova Business Week 2024. He stressed that the business environment is the government's most important partner in ensuring the welfare of citizens, and it is in the authorities' interest to support entrepreneurs as much as possible. He spoke about the reforms aimed at the business environment and the government's efforts to respond as quickly as possible to investors' requests. Among others, Dorin Recean mentioned the digitalization and re-engineering of business processes in Moldova. “It is in our interest to support you as much as possible so that we can make a difference here in Moldova. I urge you to invest in Moldova: we have talents, the spirit of innovation and we are looking for long-term capital to benefit from them,” Prime Minister added. It is worth mentioning that the discussions within the forum are focused on the business community's contribution to Moldova's European integration process, on the financing available for the business growth, as well as on the development of renewable energy sources and sustainable economy. The event brought together entrepreneurs, experts from the European Commission and the Moldovan government, EU and local businesses in the fields of renewable energy, circular economy and financial sector to present investment and financing opportunities and share best practices in this field. The two panels of the forum discussed renewable energy and circular economy and business ideas in this field, as well as Funding4BusinessGrowth. The event is organized by the European Business Association in Moldova (EBA) and the partners were BMW Moldova, Coca-Cola Imbuteliere Chișinău, maib, Premier Energy Distribution.
