Over the past week, the Customs Service transferred 931.7 million lei to the budget
This is 34% more than a week earlier and 20.5% more than planned for this period. According to the press service of the agency, from February 23 to March 1, about 2.7% of the total amount (25.1 million lei) came from individuals who imported goods into Moldova in excess of the tax-free limits. During this period, customs officers processed 12,700 declarations, and vehicles crossed the state border approximately 68,700 times. The heaviest traffic was at the Leuseni and Sculeni customs posts, with 14,400 and 13,400 vehicle crossings, respectively.
