Speaking at the TAXCON conference in Chisinau, former Secretary of State of the Ministry of Finance of Romania, President of the Chamber of Tax Advisers of Romania Dan Manolescu noted that one aspect of harmonization is related to the mechanisms, and the other – to the minimum level of various categories of taxes.
