Constant dialog with business on topical issues is important for a better understanding of tax legislation provisions - SFS
This was stated by Olga Golban, Director of the State Tax Service (SFS), during the event “Tax and Customs Aspects - Solutions 2025”. The event was organized by the periodical Monitorul fiscal FISC.md in partnership with the Ministry of Finance, the State Tax Service and the Customs Service of Moldova. At the beginning of the event, the State Tax Service director congratulated the staff of Monitorul fiscal FISC.md on the 14th anniversary of its activity, for the efforts, dedication and informational support offered to taxpayers in the process of tax compliance. “This is 14 years of excellence, productivity and constant efforts. We are grateful for the fruitful cooperation we have in the taxpayer's service, for the excellent projects organized in partnership. Monitorul fiscal FISC.md is more than a magazine, special emphasis is placed on creating a platform for communication with the business environment, which facilitates the exchange of opinions on topical topics, including in the tax field. We wish you a lot of strength, perseverance, support of all partners, so that you can reach new heights of success,” Olga Golban said. At the same time, the Director of SFS confirmed the importance of constant dialog with business representatives on topical issues, for a better understanding of the provisions of tax legislation, news in this area, as well as to facilitate the exchange of views. “Many interesting topics are discussed. The topics also have an element of novelty and such exchange of opinions is necessary. This is a continuous learning process and most importantly, we can do all this only together, through cooperation and mutual support,” she noted. During the panel discussions of the event, SFS specialists told taxpayers about transfer prices, cash settlements, use of cash register equipment connected to the “Electronic Sales Monitoring” AIS (MEV).
