The deadline for submitting transfer pricing information is March 25
The State Tax Service reported that a taxpayer registering and/or carrying out transactions with affiliated persons, the total value of which during the tax period, calculated by summing up the value of transactions carried out with all affiliated persons, excluding VAT, is equal to or exceeds 50 million lei, is obliged to prepare and submit to the tax authorities information on transfer pricing and a transfer pricing file. If the amount of transactions is from 20 million to 50 million lei, the submission of this information is mandatory only at the request of the State Tax Service. Transfer pricing information must be submitted by the 25th day of the third month after the end of the tax period to the e-mail address: mailto:infopt@sfs.md.
