
Individuals who receive international postal items worth more than 150 euros or excisable goods will be able to submit a declaration on paper until September 30
The Customs Service has amended the procedure for declaration and customs control of international postal items by approving the declaration procedure and customs declaration form for goods of the 2nd and 3rd category of international postal items, which include excisable goods worth up to 150 euros and goods worth more than 150 euros but not more than 1,000 euros. By law, for such cases, individual recipients must complete and submit a customs electronic declaration with an abbreviated H6 data set. The possibility for individuals to submit the declaration is provided as a temporary alternative for declaring international postal items in situations where the use of electronic systems may be limited. Thus, until the end of September, individuals can fill out a declaration on paper, in which they must indicate the recipient's data, the sender's data, information about the goods in the parcel and accompanying documents, etc. The declaration must be submitted to a specialized postal service. The declaration must be submitted to a specialized customs post - Chisinau customs post 4 (PVI, Posta).
