According to the declaration of income and personal interests, last year Dorin Recean earned about 92 thousand lei as an adviser to President Maia Sandu on defense and national security issues, and almost 214 thousand lei as the Prime Minister of Moldova. At the same time, he received 745 thousand lei in the form of dividends in the Food Network company (KFC Moldova), where he owns a 10% stake, and 150.4 thousand lei in the IT company Performa, where he is a co-founder shares of 50%. The declaration also states that the Prime Minister of Moldova is a co-founder of the training and consulting company Delta-Consulting (50%) and the inactive company Projestact (2.7%) which is in the process of liquidation. Wife of Dorin Receana owns a 0.05% stake in Farmacia Viola, as well as shares in maib. A BMW car manufactured in 2016, purchased in 2021 for 19.2 thousand euros, is registered in her name.
