According to the National Center for Sustainable Energy, the event will take place from September 4 to 13. As part of this program, Moldovan households receive support in reducing energy consumption and replacing old household appliances with new, more energy-efficient ones. The EcoVoucher program helps improve the energy efficiency of homes by offering vouchers worth 6,000 lei for the purchase of energy-efficient refrigerators and washing machines that meet European Union energy efficiency standards and requirements. Thanks to the program, families will be able to reduce their electricity bills by using more economical and energy-efficient appliances. The EcoVoucher program was developed by the Moldovan government with support from the European Union. The household appliance voucher program is implemented by the National Center for Sustainable Energy as part of the "Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy for Moldova" (E4M) project. E4M is a project implemented by GIZ in partnership with the Moldovan government, funded by the German government, and co-financed by the European Union, Norway, and Denmark. The current phase of the home appliance voucher program is funded by the European Union. // 04.09.2026 — InfoMarket
