Sales of confiscated goods have risen significantly in Moldova: in August, the tax service sold significantly more property than in the previous month. Buyers showed the greatest interest in several categories of goods, and the agency continues to update the list of available lots and the terms for purchasing them.
Moldova is preparing to update the energy-labeling regulations for household appliances and refrigeration equipment: consumers are promised clearer and more comparable information about energy efficiency classes and product specifications before making a purchase, including for online sales. The new requirements will apply to several product categories at once and bring national regulations into line with European standards.
