As reported to the InfoMarket agency by the Ministry of Finance, the sources of funding for the deficit over the first five months 2026 were: domestic sources—8 billion 692.7 million lei; external sources—2 billion 614.5 million lei; and a change in the cash balance of minus 3 billion 699.9 million lei. It should be noted that Moldova’s state budget deficit in 2025 amounted to 15 billion 712.4 million lei, which is 2 billion 622.6 million lei (20%) higher than the 2024 figure. // 26.06.2026 – InfoMarket....
