
The Customs Service submitted for public consultations more than 30 draft regulations aimed at implementing the new Customs Code.
According to the department, all interested parties can get acquainted with the draft new orders in the section on transparency in decision-making. Another 15 projects are under development and will also be submitted for public consultation in the near future. The sub-legislative regulatory framework is aimed at adequate and efficient application of the provisions of the new Customs Code, which will come into force on January 1, 2024.
