This follows from the new inflation data presented by the National Bureau of Statistics. As noted, at the same time, electricity tariffs in July 2023, compared to December 2022, decreased by 36.1%, but increased by 7.43%, compared to July 2022. At the same time, tariffs for centralized heating in July 2023, compared to December 2022 increased by 122.37%, and compared to July last year - increased by 53.73%. Overall, utility rates in July 2023, compared to December 2022 increased by 11.21% and compared to July 2022 increased by 36.01%. Water and sewer service rates increased by 15.01% and 15.07%, respectively, for the periods indicated.
