At the same time, tariffs for centralized heating in July 2023, compared to December 2022 increased by 122.37%, and compared to July last year - increased by 53.73%. Overall, utility rates in July 2023, compared to December 2022 increased by 11.21% and compared to July 2022 increased by 36.01%. Water and sewer service rates increased by 15.01% and 15.07%, respectively, for the periods indicated.
