Insufficient market demand and financial difficulties remain the main challenges for businesses in early 2026

According to a survey conducted by the National Bureau of Statistics among business executives, 56% of all respondents experienced restrictions on economic activity in the first quarter of 2026. The main reason for the restriction of economic activity is insufficient market demand (reported by 32.8% of respondents).
