
Moldovagaz again topped the list of 10 most profitable companies in Moldova - TOP 100 SEE.
According to the annual TOP 100 SEE rating prepared by SeeNews, Moldovagaz revenues in 2019 amounted to 283.59 million euros (-15.9% compared to 2018). As in the previous year, Energocom ranks second in the ranking: its revenues amounted to 232.2 million euros (+ 21.01%). The authors of the study also included in the top 10 most profitable companies in Moldova in 2019: Orange Moldova - 141 million euros (+ 22.4%), Termoelectrica - 127.75 million euros (-8.02%); Floarea Soarelui - 120.58 million euros (+ 29.35%); Moldtelecom - 89.06 million euros (-4.15%); Supraten - 62.04 million euros (+ 10.81%); Franzeluta - 32.05 million euros (-0.63%); CET-Nord - 14.27 million euros (-8.56%); Fabrica de brinzeturi Soroca - 13.42 million euros (+ 18.78%). Unlike the previous rating, the top 10 most profitable companies did not include Metalferos, Tirex-Petrol and Moldcell. At the same time, among the TOP-10 leaders in terms of net profit received in 2019, Termoelectrica is the leader - 10.37 million euros, which is 9.2% more compared to 2018. In general, 8 out of 10 leading companies received net profit. CET-Nord ended 2019 with a loss of 1.07 million euros (in 2018 - a profit of 0.1 million euros), and data on the financial results of Orange Moldova are not provided. The rest of the companies have the following indicators: Supraten - 3.05 million euros (+ 61.3%), Moldtelecom - 1.5 million euros (almost a 2-fold decrease), Energocom - 1.27 million euros (-12.4%), Moldovagaz - 1.16 million euros (8.4 times less than in 2018), Fabrica de brinzeturi Soroca - 0.66 million euros (-21.7%), Franzeluta - 0.33 million euros (-30.6%), Floarea Soarelui - 0.24 million euros (up 2.3 times).
