As InfoMarket agency was informed in the administration of this free economic zone, Micasa International, Only Nuts & Fruits and Compozit-Pro became new residents. They were selected following a competition held on November 5th. The first two companies will deal with sorting, packaging, labeling and other similar operations with goods in transit through the customs territory of Moldova, while Compozit-Pro will deal with industrial production. All three residents plan to release their first products in the first quarter of 2021. Thanks to the new residents, at least 50 new jobs will be created in the Chisinau FEZ, and the average salary will be 10.5 thousand lei. The planned sales volume of the manufactured products will amount to $ 4.7 million. As InfoMarket reported earlier, FEZ Expo-Business-Chişinău was established 25 years ago, and began production activity 24 years ago. At present, it is one of the 3 largest free economic zones in Moldova: it accounts for more than 16.1% of the total volume of investments attracted by the country's free economic zones.
