
Organizations and institutions from Moldova are invited to participate in a new EU grant competition for interregional cooperation projects with a budget of 130 million euros.
This was reported by the EU Neighborhood East portal, noting that the EU-funded Interreg Europe program announced a new grant competition for interregional cooperation projects. Projects are invited from all EU countries and 7 candidate countries, including Moldova and Ukraine. The total budget of the competition is about 130 million euros. Government bodies, public legal structures and private non-profit organizations can take part in the competition. Projects must focus on innovation, sustainability and inclusion. Interreg Europe supports the exchange and transfer of experience, innovative approaches and capacity-building between public authorities and other policy-relevant organizations across Europe to improve regional development policy instruments, including programs under the Investing in Jobs and Growth objective.
