
Loan portfolio of non-bank credit organization in Moldova amounted to 13 billion 106.5 million lei in 2022, exceeding by 15.5% the figures of 2021.
The National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) reported that in 2022 non-bank credit organizations issued financing worth 11 billion 542.5 million lei, which is 16.8% more as compared with 2021 (9 billion 882.2 million lei). Another 1 billion 564.08 million lei was provided by non-bank credit organizations in the form of financial leasing, which is almost 7% more than in 2021 (1 billion 462.68 million lei). At the same time, in 2022, compared to the previous year the share of financial leasing on the non-bank lending market decreased by almost 1 p.p. - from 12.89% to 11.93%. According to the data of CNPF, Microinvest is still the leader in terms of the volume of issued loans in 2022. The company provided financing of 3 billion 899.3 million lei, having increased the volume of lending by 28.5% relative to 2021. The big players in the non-bank lending market also remain Easy Credit - 1 billion 229.7 million lei (+15.2%) and Iute Credit - 1 billion 050.7 million lei (+28.2%). The top three provided about 53.5% of issued non-bank loans. At the same time, BT Leasing MD retains the leadership in the segment of financial leasing, which leased 609.45 million lei (about 39% of issued non-bank financial leasing). In the segment of financial leasing the top 3 companies of the year 2022 were also: MAIB-Leasing – 295.75 million lei (+23.6%) and Capital Leasing – 258.04 million lei (+4.4%). The share of these 3 companies accounted for 73.4% of the total volume of financial leasing provided in 2022.
