At the same time, tariffs for district heating in November 2022, compared to December 2021, increased by 41.47%, and compared to November last year - by 48.48%. Overall, utility rates increased 91.1% in November 2022, compared to December 2021, and 93.35% compared to November 2021. Water rates increased by 0.6% in both cases.
